We, at Density Analytics, are the manufacturers of the SGU-100 density meter, monitor, controller. This device provides the latest in liquid instrumentation technology to the process control industry.

The impetus for the development of this device was based on the many comments we got from process engineers – comments like—there are many liquid density meters out there – hand held and desk top. However, these devices are not suitable for measuring, monitoring and controlling liquid density /% concentration in large process tanks. These devices are static and localized – arms length away or on a lab desk – they do not satisfy the needs of the process engineer who wants to have a remote (up to 100 feet away) continuous, automatic contact with the process liquid in a tank. In addition, these hand held and desk top devices are passive. They do not have the capability for 4-20 ma analog output signals that give the process engineer the ability to measure, monitor, and control a target liquid density – a must for many applications.

Our engineers and specialists at Density Analytics are proud to be able to do a custom design of a density meter to meet the demands of your particular application. Unlike hand held and desk top devices, our units are not off- the- shelf units that are sold by a sales person who has no understanding of the engineering physics of your application.

Your unit is custom designed for your application. It is easily retro-fittable into existing systems and our application specialists are a phone call away from giving advice and technical assistance. In addition to manufacturing this device, we also provide the technical and repair service to keep your unit functioning properly.
